We can supply reinforcing mesh sheets for use in concrete structures Reinforcing mesh is an essential component of many concrete structures because it helps to increase their strength and durability. When concrete is poured into a formwork or mould, it has a relatively low tensile strength. This means that it can crack and deform easily under stress, especially when exposed to changing temperatures, moisture, or other environmental factors. However, by adding reinforcing mesh to the concrete, engineers and builders can create a composite material that is much stronger and more resistant to deformation.

At Cotswold Steel we keep the 2.4 meter by 4.8 meter sizes, these have a coverage of 11.52sqm.
